EXPERIENCE COUNTER CULTURE ART,
the FEMALE PSYCHE and HIGH SCHOOL ART CLASS GIRLS!
As one of the last of the mid-term students in the Los Angeles City School District I graduated as an A-12 in February 1969 with a small class of 300 or so.
Art, creativity and imagination (as well as music!) have always been my soul’s love, so I always had art classes at every grade, but my senior year I had a very interesting art class – I was seated at a six chair table with five girls.
Like with drama class that a lot of guys took just to meet girls, art classes pretty much had the same effect, by the end of the summer I had dated four of the five girls.
But that’s not the interesting part, well it is, but the lessons that I learned about women that semester stayed with me for the rest of my life.
One of the girls, AC, was just a single date, she was cool and fun, we just didn’t jive, another girl, MD, I “dated” a few times as a favor to get her out of the house so she could be with her real boyfriend that her parents didn’t approve of – I just made sure he had her back home by 11PM!
But the other two became actual “girlfriends” (consecutively) for a decent amount of time, considering.
GG was a former TV “Dating Game” girl who chose Luke Halpin, star of TV’s “Flipper”, as a date, she later transferred to my school and we hit it off and had some great times. The fourth girl, a fun hot fox, LW, was the girl I dated the longest while my main girlfriend and eventual soul-mate for a decade, MH, went back east for the summer – hey, I was still hung-over from the Summer of Love, so “when you can’t be with the one you love, love the one you’re with.”
So, one day I’m in art class and one of the girls was absent and almost immediately all of the other girls started talking about her, not really mean things, but not good things either, and I thought that this was weird behavior as they all seemed to like each other, but I chalked it up to chicks, man.
But then on a day when one of the other girls was absent the rest talked about her! Right in front of me, like I wasn’t there! Like there wasn’t a witness to their behavior.
Now this was very puzzling but interesting to me as just the day before they were all “friendly”, yet it seemed that when one of them, whichever one, was not there it allowed the others to rank on the absent one. Kinda creepy . . . but kinda sexy in a weird way at the time – it was as if I was allowed to be part of a twisted Coven.
This went on until all five had talked trash about whichever one was absent and I wondered if the same was done to me in my absence. Later in my relationship with LW, I asked her about all of that “trash sisterhood”, she just smiled and I realized that this was normal for chicks, so I asked her what happened when I was absent, she smiled again and said that they all had nothing but good things to say about me – hey, I was an athletic, handsome guy back then with a good personality, great humor, a righteous tan and I knew how to treat the ladies so it didn’t surprise me that she spoke truth . . . however, after what I had experienced I realized that no one was exempt, including me.
What was evident was that girls’ female relationships, whether casual or “tight sisters”, had no restrictions or bounds – no loyalty. What 00individual witnessed was the infancy of behavior in 1968, that would mutate decades later full-grown into the glorified, televised “role model” super bitches of today.
Guys never did that, never, I never experienced trash talking of “absent” guys from our group – if we talked shit about someone it was to their face, or when they were within the group, not behind their back.
While I got an A on the wire sculpture project featured above, and an A in the art class, I also got an A+ in Female Psychology. I now obtained crucial personal knowledge and insight into girls’ minds and what drove them.
Sorry that I can’t share this sacred Occult knowledge, as it was acquired through personal interaction and experience and life-long study through female co-habitation – but know that there will be as much pain as pleasure in the quest for this Occult knowledge of the Female Psyche.
However, 00individual would never leave you hanging, so here’s an Occult fact: the only things a woman needs to be sexy is intelligence and a great sense of humor.
If love is involved; she becomes a Goddess.
Unfortunately, for as much as society, movies, books and TV had to say about the strong “girlfriend/sisterhood” bonds; my experience taught me different, I knew the truth, chicks can be brutal and can back-stab their best friend or just another female, or male, at any second – maybe that’s why they’ve never been in real power.*
Guys are not exempt; with their overblown egos they can surely back-stab too, but their tolerance level is high whereas girls seem to have zero tolerance and an all too easily available mean streak.
Gotta love ’em, but know that wild creatures can always resort to their animal instincts, at any moment, without warning . . . because under every sweet, innocent peaceful Hippie Chick or High School Art Class Girl was a primal being ready to pounce.
Hell hath no fury like a woman – apparently, scorned isn’t a necessity.
This is no male chauvinist pig talkin’, 00individual sincerely supported all second class citizens, of which women definitely were back in the ’60s, as were us Hippies, 00individual abhorred oppression of any kind and was a feminist at heart – the only thing that changed was that 00individual is now a
Excerpt from 00individual’s poem, “Injustice We Trust”:
“Women are treated as second class citizens,
To suppress their obvious power that is not mens’.

for better or worse, Patriarchal domination is history.
