. . . Sean Bonniwell and the guys were Bad Ass Goth (dressed all in black with one black glove) Hard Rockers – even their mellow tracks like Neil Diamond’s “Cherry, Cherry” were strong and impressive.

. . . a perfect song for Arthur Lee’s Love, a powerful, yet trippy version that is 00individual’s favorite.

. . .  OK, this is really 00individual’s favorite, but it’s tough when you “lived” these as they were released; they all had special meaning for those eternally memorable moments of the ’60s.

Johnny Rivers

. . . from one of 00individual’s all-time favorite “concept” albums, Johnny turns this into an introspective and up-lifting soulful psychedelic track that never gets old.

Deep Purple
from the album “Shades of Deep Purple”  1968
. . . 00individual was a big fan of Deep Purple back in the Tetragrammaton days so this marks a good vibe before their transition into the first true Heavy Metal Hard Rock band with 1970’s
“In Rock” album.

 00individual finds it fascinating that among the millions of songs out there that a select few become iconic in that they not only represent a landmark in Rock ‘n’ Roll and are loved by all but they also mark an era’s cultural zeitgeist. “Hey Joe” is in rarefied air.
